About Alexa

At a young age, I learned that resilience and consistency will lead you to your goals. Growing up with cerebral palsy taught me more than I ever would've known. In this life, we can allow our obstacles to stop us, or we can find a way to use them to fuel our dreams. Make a new path, find a way over, but never give up on the dream this world has put into your heart.

Almost 10 years ago I started my journey as a social media influencer, creating a blog tailored to helping young women navigate the professional world, while also learning myself. I realize that there are a lot of women who are digital gurus across social media, but what I still find missing is young women helping young women. All of my mentors are 40 and older, and while I love having their influence in my life, I wish I had someone to look up to that was at my chapter in life as well.

I don't know everything. I think that's the point of being 28 and letting your life grow as you journey through. But I do know this- there's a lack of female support in the current system that we work in and that needs to change.

I hope what you find on my site motivates you, makes you laugh, and is relatable to where you are professionally in your career. We're all in this together, let's learn to lift each other up.

Why Am I Passionate About What I Do?

We live in a world where it's so easy to connect with people through their highlight reels of social media, and strive to want that perfect life. What we're missing is the real human connection of what happens off of social media.

I've seen so many women give up because they compare themselves to an online influencer that showcases how great their life is. I've seen women give up because their company doesn't uplight women.

It's important for young women in business to learn how to grow confidently without worrying about what other people will think about them, I've been through it first hand, and that's why I'm passionate about what I do.

Multipliers aren’t “feel-good” managers. They look into people and find capability, and they want to access all of it. They utilize people to their fullest. They see a lot, so they expect a lot.”
